Therapy can help you unpack the patterns of perfectionism and people-pleasing that keep you stuck. My goal is to provide you with the tools to successfully cope with life’s challenges so you don’t default to negative thoughts or behavioral patterns. I view therapy as a collaborative process during which I help you gain insight and then empower you to make the necessary changes in your life. Gradually, and with my support, you will find a space where things don’t feel so hard, healing happens, and positive growth is possible.
